Why not visit the various nearby designer outlets? Not forgetting the numerous golfing facilities a short distance away. A short distance to the Osceola County Stadium hosting amateur and professional baseball and various fun events throughout the year. 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Sanford International Airport. To the east is St. Cloud with its new lakeside park and marina providing a small beach and play area for the kiddies, and continuing eastwards is Melbourne on the Atlantic coast a 35 minute drive away, also taking you to Coco Beach, Daytona Beach. To the west is Tampa for Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast of St. Petersberg and Clearwater. Close to Florida Turnpike for Miami and The Keys should you wish to venture further afield.
